Audra Mrini

Audra Mrini is a highly skilled, compassionate, empathetic, counseling professional with over twenty years of experience in mental health. She strives to provide exceptional care to adults and adolescents learning to live more fulfilling lives while managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss. She is dedicated to providing special care to clients utilizing psychodynamic, family systems, CBT, and DBT approaches in a way that meets each unique client’s needs. Audra has received training as a facilitator for Prepare Enrich with couples, including premarital counseling. She has received training in EMDR to aid her in working with individuals living with trauma. Audra believes life’s challenges, pain, and suffering can be transformed into meaningful experiences that lead to personal growth and purposeful living. Audra offers a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship, respecting and recognizing the worth and value of each person.

Audra is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Resident in Counseling. She has extensive experience in mental health, psychiatric, and crisis intervention settings, and has worked with adult and adolescent survivors of abuse. Audra is interested in providing counseling to parents, those with relationship issues, and in life transitions particularly retirement. Audra works with clients to help them identify and explore their spiritual needs and how the spiritual can support and add further value to one’s life.

Audra offers workshops and presentations on topics related to trauma, anxiety, depression, self-care, parenting, and building meaning in life as well as on topics customized to the needs of each organization and group.
