It is very difficult to admit that a relationship has gotten to a point where emotional or physical violence is taking place, but unfortunately it is an all too common occurrence. It is very important if you are in a domestic violence situation, that you act to keep yourself safe. Each county and city in northern Virginia and in the District of Columbia has domestic violence hotlines and shelters. Please contact one of these agencies if you feel you are in immediate danger.

All CPC Counselors work with people on issues of relationship abuse and domestic violence. Meet our counselors and see who might be the best fit for you at Counselors or call our Referral Coordinator at (703) 903-9696 ext. 290 for a recommendation.
