Two Mindfulness Groups Available
MORE MINDFULNESS: An experiential mindfulness group for those who have basic knowledge of mindfulness practices. Begins Tues March 14, 2017 . 7:15 – 8:30, will meet on alternating weeks for four sessions. Please note, neither of these groups are intended to be used as therapy groups. However, they will be a place to find support, learn new skills for navigating life and perhaps gain some insight while you are at it!
EXPERIENCE MINDFULNESS: A mindfulness group for beginners and the curious. Will be both experiential and educational. Will consist of 6 weekly sessions. This group is still forming.
