Margaret Gallen, MS, RYT-200

Health Educator and Yoga Instructor

Margaret earned her MS in Health Promotion Management from American University, is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and has completed a certificate for Trauma Informed Yoga through Beloved Yoga. She is available for health education workshops, seminars, yoga classes, and limited individual, physical health consultations. Margaret provides community health education and wellbeing programming on topics including mindfulness, healthy lifestyle techniques, stress reduction, anxiety, understanding and coping with medical diagnosis.
