Anu works with clients across a diverse array of ages and stages in life. She is passionate about helping people get past trauma, pain, relationship struggles and family of origin experiences, and move into a space where one can feel secure and whole. She is trained in EMDR and IFS, both approaches that support deep self-awareness and healing. Additionally, she uses Attachment- based Therapy modalities to help couples and families connect and engage with each other in an authentic and safe space.

Anu provides therapy in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Telegu.
