Rachel received her Master’s of Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School, and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University. She has worked as a chaplain with children and adults. She is ordained clergy in the Disciples of Christ (DOC).  She has over ten years of non-profit experience working with trauma survivors and women in prison. Rachel is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) and Imago therapy

Rachel sees adolescents and adults. She enjoys working with both individuals and couples. Her academic and clinical areas of interest include healing from trauma, body-image issues, eating disorders, financial disorders, relationship issues, spiritual identity issues, and issues around gender and sexuality. When she is not at work she enjoys hiking, traveling, tennis and making up new nicknames for her dog.
